Ginger, cloves, nutmeg, cardamom, anise...all lovely spices for the Holiday Season, but pretty much best left to the baked goods – not the beer. This year the Gunpowder Falls Brewing Christmas Bock will be released on Saturday the 28th of December. This wonderful beer has been lagering away for over 3 months! Like all the beers from Gunpowder Falls Brewing, it was brewed with traditional German brewing methods and only four natural ingredients – water, malt, hops and yeast. (5 different malt types along with 4 different hops were used.) This is cold weather beer and sure to bring a smile. Such a big beer, however, deserves great food. So we’re having Dell Creek Farm Beef join us again with their amazing Akaushi Wagyu beef. You’re gonna’ wish December came more than once a year.
